Welcoming, friendly and as I accompanied my dog back from HK, offers hot coffee/tea and even a cooler box with soft drinks, beer, wine or G&T for the 10 hours journey back from France to our home in Northamptonshire. He thinks of the welfare of your animal all the time. Picked us up at CDG Paris airport in a luxury Mercedes long wheel base Vito van. Spacious room for my large dog's crate along with many bags and plenty of seating. You and your animal will be the only ones on board a FULLY LICENSED luxury van and this is NOT always the case.
